Order online
U can buy your products online at Axitech and let them be delivered swiftly ar your home or at work.
Delivery times
Delivery times can vary depending on the selected delivery address, availability of the products and the date and time of the order.
Tracking
A tracking number is included in your confirmation email, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any given time.
Stock
You can check the availability of each product on our product pages.
In-store
This product is in stock in our shop and can be taken away straight away or delivered more quickly.
Via warehouse
This product is dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer.

Guidelines
Delivery to postboxes is not possible.
Shipping services may be delayed during certain periods. Keep this in mind.
Products that are large and/or heavy will not be delivered outside of Belgium
*For products that are too large and/or heavy, a delivery charge of €130 will be applied.
Deliveries outside of Europe
Deliveries outside of Europe are not offered by default.

Retours
For all your purchases (excluding software), a 14-day cooling-off period applies; you can return your product in the original packaging to our store or send it back during this period.
Be sure to mention your order number, describe the nature of the problem with your product, and add photos if relevant.
